Description

Made of cotton wool, these reusable makeup remover pads are gentle on the skin and replace disposable pads. Unlike the latter, they do not tear between the fingers when wet, are economical and of course ecological! Effective for removing all types of make-up, from lipstick to mascara and foundation, but can also have several other types of use: care of light wounds, washing the face, ultra-light nursing pads...

Maintenance

The hemp fabric used for Öko creations make-up remover pads is pre-washed before being made. As a result, your Öko make-up remover pads will hardly shrink and will keep their shape after a first wash.  Rub the pads with cold or lukewarm water with a soap after use if it is stained. Leave it to dry afterwards in the open air (the pad can be suspended or not) if a laundry does not take place immediately. Then add to regular laundry. The use of a washing net is practical in order to better find your tampons afterwards. Tumble dry or air dry. Note that heat can set stains by "cooking" them.  Do not iron.

If your tampons are clogged, remember to change soap. Some soaps can saturate the fabric. You can also soak your tampons in boiling water with 2 tbsp of soda crystals, stir and leave for half a day. Then regular machine wash.
