If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the order to schedule a return of unwanted items.

The receipt of your order and its original packaging (if applicable) are required for all returns and refunds.

Aux P'tits Cadeau  will not pay the shipping costs of any returned item or the reshipping costs during an exchange.

We do not accept returns of used items.

Feminine hygiene products, underwear and menstrual products cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Please note that delivery charges may apply if your initial order no longer becomes eligible for free delivery following the return of the goods (within the case of orders over $120).
