DELIVERY DELAY

Our team as the mandate to get all orders ready to be shipped within two working days .

Delivery of your order will be made by Purolator Express or Ground service (approximately 1-3 business days for regional shipments and up to 7 days for domestic shipments) or Canada Post's.

Deliveries are from Monday through Friday (exception of public holidays). Every day around 12 p.m. the prepared packages are being picked up by the shipping services. The shipping time is calculated from the moment the package leaves our premises. Delivery times are approximate and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.

Packages are normally delivered to your house and left outside.

A signature may be required for some orders depending on their value or if you are in an apartment building.

 

NON-CLAIMED, REFUSED AND ADDRESS ERRORS

Unclaimed, refused or incorrectly addressed packages will be refunded after deduction of the actual delivery costs incurred (initial shipping costs + return costs to the warehouse). The merchandise will be put back into inventory.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Following your purchase, an email will be sent to you to confirm your order and address. If you see an error or wish to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 418-606-2244, mentioning your order number and we will be happy to make the desired corrections for you. No change of address can be made once the package has left our warehouse and you may be charged for delivery and return charges in the event of an unclaimed package or returned to the sender.

 

TRACK MY DELIVERY

When your order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email along with the Purolator or Canada Post tracking number will be sent to you. You can therefore track your package with this number.
