Washable sanitary napkins are very easy to use during menstruation, but can be more complex when washing. 

We often wonder what is the best way to do it and what are the best products to use. The arrival of ÖKO CAPSULES will completely change the washing task, which will become simpler and more ecological. These capsules will be a new ally for the maintenance of washable sanitary napkins! 

The brand new ÖKO CAPSULES, created in collaboration with Filo and made in Quebec, are ideal for maintenance sanitary napkins. 

They come in compostable sachet of 20 capsulesand in two versions, either one with the sweet scent of neroli (orange blossom) and the other, fragrance-free.

Properties

Stain Remover: Effectively reduce stains organic, such as blood, grease, grass, etc.

Whitening: Revives the white of fabrics.

Eco-friendly : A solution of eco-friendly alternative to bleach. Preserves colors*.

Why do a treatment?

• You want to avoid or reduce stains on your protections;
• Your protectors seem to have become less absorbent over the washes;
• Your protectors give off a "funny" smell after washing when they become damp again;
• Your protections are irritating you again for no particular reason.

Two methods of use for the maintenance of your protections

Prewash treatment:

Rinse or soak towels in cold water to remove excess blood. Fill a bucket with 1 liter of lukewarm water and dissolve 2 capsules in it. Then add the reusable towels. Soak them for 3 to 12 hours. Wash the towels according to the method suggested by the manufacturer. 

Washing machine treatment:

Add detergent as usual. Place 3 capsules directly into the drum of the machine. Add towels. Wash in lukewarm water. 

Warning

Not for use with leather, silk and wool blends.

May irritate eyes and skin

Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing.

Keep out of the reach of children

Do not mix with products containing ammonia, chlorine bleach or other chemicals.
