This versatile 2-in-1 underwear features an integrated waterproof panty liner for light discharges, and a removable absorbent insert for heavier discharges. You can adjust the level of absorption as required, by adding 1 or 2 inserts, or wear the underwear on its own.

Made from high-quality, carefully selected textiles such as naturally antibacterial hemp and organic cotton, Öko-flow underwear and its insert are perfectly in line with the company's human and ecological values. With no added PFASs or nano-silver, the company has chosen a food-grade polyurethane membrane (PUL) for the waterproofing of washable knickers, putting human health first by limiting the use of chemicals.

How and where to measure?

To take your hip measurement, use a soft tape measure and hold it around the widest part of your hips, above your buttocks and horizontal.Take the measurement in inches, make a note of it and repeat the process to ensure accuracy.
