DOUCE MOUSSE | Cleaning gel

Our formulation of the Douce Mousse body & face cleansing gel for babies is made from an ultra-gentle vegetable base with ingredients certified by independent and recognized organizations. These certified ingredients guarantee us products of superior quality, respecting the fragility of your baby's skin. Aloe*, calendula* (marigold), chamomile* and sweet mandarin* extracts make up our baby formula. The gel gently cleanses your baby's skin.

	Aloe: Aloe has very interesting properties for the skin: cell regeneration, skin hydration, anti-inflammatory, antibiotic. This plant concentrates most of the vitamins, in particular A, E and of group B, those which concern the skin and the hair. It has strong emollient properties that help soften the skin.
	The calendula: The marigold or calendula, has emollient, softening and soothing properties. In addition to its anti-inflammatory properties, note its antioxidant, softening and restorative qualities
	Chamomile: The active ingredients of chamomile effectively promote skin regeneration metabolism while being antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and healing.
	Tangerine: Tangerine prevails at toddlers thanks to its undisputed delicacy and its richness in bromine which has real calming, soothing, antiseptic, draining and stimulating properties for the lymphatic system.

Why not create a 2 in 1 formula, body and hair?

For the first few months, the gel will be very suitable for hair which in most cases will be few. On the other hand, when the hair is more present, the shampoo will be much more effective. The composition of skin is very different from that of hair. If maximum efficiency is desired, a few distinctions must be made. In addition, there is no savings to be made with the body and hair formulas, the total amount used will be the same.

Particularity of your baby's skin

The skin is the largest organ in the human body. That of the baby is particularly fragile because it produces very little keratin. Keratin is that protein that protects the skin against external pollutants. The skin of newborns, which is thinner than that of adults, is therefore more likely to absorb chemicals. It is important to choose a gentle cleansing product that respects the fragility of your baby's skin.

More economical than cheap products

The creamy formula of our Douce Mousse gel is more economical than cheap baby soaps made of more than 80% water, a water thickener and synthetic fragrances. By using little gel, you will be able to gently wash your baby for more than 4 months, we have observed this ourselves with our son Émile.
