Our Large Task Board is heavily inspired by the Kanban method, a Japanese word meaning "board of signs". Developed and used by companies as a production tool, it makes it possible to be more efficient but also to visualize who is doing what and where each task is at. Thus, at a glance, we know if there are unfinished tasks and if the project is progressing correctly. It also makes it easier to manage priorities.

Les Belles Combines presents a simplified version of Kanban that can be used in everyday life. It is divided according to the main stages of a task's life cycle: TO DO, IN PROGRESS and DONE.
