Manufacturer's warranty

Bekos offers you a 90-day warranty after purchase. The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and allows you to have the product repaired or exchanged (if repair is impossible). This covers snaps, PUL, elastics and seams and is limited to the first purchaser .

An amount of 4$ or an equivalent credit at Bekos will be offered to cover the cost of envelope postage.

Bekos reserves the right to refuse a return if the conditions are not met or if it deems that normal maintenance has not been respected. Repair times are 1 to 2 weeks from receipt of the diaper.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact Bekos, describing the problem and providing photos or videos of the product under warranty at info@bekos.ca. Proof of purchase will be required.
