Manufacturer's warranty

Bambou d'chou offers a 2 year warranty on their products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid only for the first buyer with proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear of the diaper is not covered by the warranty.

The warranty includes:

• Snaps
• Seams (except for the pocket seams of the diaper)
• Visible lamination of the fabric

The warranty excludes:

• Leaks
• Odours
• Poor maintenance
• Normal wear of the product

This warranty is void if the maintenance has not been done according to the Bambou d'chou maintenance guide or if the use of a soap or cream has altered its performance.

Please note that to take advantage of this guarantee, you must send your defective diaper to Bambou d'chou. Once received, the diaper will be repaired or replaced (depending on the defect) and will be sent back to you at our expense.
