Manufacturer's warranty

Lil Helper offers a one year warranty from the date of purchase on their products if the diaper care requirements have been met. The warranty covers all components of their products, including snaps, inner lining, elastics and waterproofing. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the products only.

Proof of purchase will be required.

Except for manufacturing or component defects, this warranty does not cover leaks, odors or normal wear and tear or improper opening of snaps.

Warranty is void when:

• Washing instructions have not been followed.
• The diaper has been altered.
• Any of the following have been used in conjunction with the use/maintenance of the product: water temperatures above 100° F or 60° C, fabric softeners, any caustic substance, incompatible diaper rash cream.
