Manufacturer's warranty

All Lavender & Daffodil products are thoroughly inspected by the manufacturer. However, you are covered by a warranty in the event of a manufacturing defect. You must contact Lavande & Jonquille within 3 business days of receiving your merchandise to notify them of the defect.

The warranty is valid for a maximum period of 3 months after receipt of the goods. Seams, snaps and fabrics are covered by the warranty. In case of delamination, you have a maximum of 90 days to return the defective product. Depending on the situation, a refund (partial or complete depending on the situation) or a replacement may be issued.

The costs of returning the goods to the manufacturer are not covered by the warranty.

Lavande & Jonquille requires an invoice in your name for all warranty claims. No warranty will be honoured if the product is in the hands of a third party.
