Description
The Air-O Adjustable Wrap wraps your baby naturally and ergonomically to optimize comfort and promote attachment. Designed for occasional use and quick installation, it offers several positions for carrying from birth with no weight limit. Thanks to its lightweight, quick-drying mesh fabric, the Air-O Adjustable Wrap provides a privileged physical contact at all times, even in hot weather or in the shower. Compared to the long sling, its ring structure is intuitive and easy to use. Even though the weight is only on one shoulder, it is still surprisingly comfortable.
The choice of the size of the wrap depends on your size and not on the baby's size. If you wear large or extra large clothes, you will be more comfortable with a size 2.

Recommendations
0-6 months
The belly-to-belly carrying position, where the baby is crouched, is the most suitable carrying position for a newborn until at least 4 months. The back should be nicely rounded like in mom's belly, the knees well up and the feet down. You can practice the skin-to-skin technique with a baby of 8 lbs and more, easily and safely. This position provides the comfort needed to develop a sense of emotional security. The squatting position is recognized for its benefits for the development of the baby's bones and joints. Before 6 months of age, it is important to avoid applying tension to the middle of the back. There are several knotting techniques you can use to perfectly wrap and support your baby in the ideal position for his or her stage of development.
6 months and older
From 6 months onwards and when the baby is in a sitting position, his spine is strong enough that he no longer needs continuous support in the back. When the baby feels stuck, wants to move or is hot, you can let him or her put out their arms. Simple and easy to do for beginners, we favour the wrapped cross knot. However, knots like the kangaroo knot support a newborn's rounded spine to perfection. Check out the videos to see all the options.
Instructions
It is very important to wash the wraps before the first use. Since they are handmade, the fabric has been handled and transported in many places. We recommend hand washing in warm water with a mild soap, preferably without rinsing. Hang to dry and do not iron. Avoid direct sunlight to preserve color and direct heat sources.
Note that polyester mesh is also called medical mesh since it is used for its breathable and anti-microbial qualities.
The choice of the size of the wrap depends on your size and not the baby's size. If you wear large or very large clothes, you will be more comfortable with a size 2.
We recommend that you limit carrying on the same shoulder and that you change sides frequently to relieve your back. If you opt for the cradle position, it should be done with care as it can increase the risk of suffocation of the baby. Always keep the baby's face visible. If you choose the forward facing position with the legs tucked in, this requires more care as the baby may be at greater risk of tipping forward.
